Business Development Manager
Trucordia
• Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts. • Forecast objectives for yourself and for dealerships. • Track and monitor performance. • Develop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performance. • Implement policies and procedures for newly acquired business. • Conduct sales presentations. • Conduct dealership staff training for sales, service and accounting departments.
Job Requirements
- Two years of F&I, sales manager, or general manager experience.
- Extensive knowledge of automobile dealership operations/processes.
- Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and sales skills.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Learn to use the company CRM.
- Extensive travel within assigned territory.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be a team player, as well as a self-starter able to work independently.
