Role Description We are building a focused US recruitment team specializing in Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Light Industrial hiring. This role is designed for recruiters who want to work on high-demand, fast-moving roles with direct client exposure and strong ownership. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, working on roles such as: - Project Managers - Civil Engineers - Site Engineers - Estimators - Plant Managers - Technicians - Skilled Trades - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based Non-IT roles - Work on requirements across Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Light Industrial domains - Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and advanced Boolean search techniques - Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and functional fit - Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process - Manage multiple open requirements and maintain a consistent pipeline - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities - Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and ensure timely reporting Qualifications - 2 to 6 years of experience in US Recruitment - Strong experience in Non-IT hiring is highly preferred - Hands-on experience working on roles in Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Light Industrial domains - Good understanding of US employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099 - Proven ability to source using LinkedIn and job portals - Strong communication and candidate engagement skills Requirements - Experience working on roles such as Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Estimators, Plant Managers, Technicians, and Skilled Trades - Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners in the US - Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment - Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working with high ownership Benefits - Work on high-demand roles with strong closure potential - High ownership and fast growth environment - Opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to building a new vertical - Performance-driven culture with strong earning potential Selection Process - Initial screening call - Practical sourcing assessment - Final discussion
