• Manage a team of Android and iOS engineers as they design, build, ship, and maintain Oura app features. • Oversee and manage the development and delivery of highly technical cross-functional projects, while collaborating closely with engineering teams and colleagues in the EU. • Contribute to the planning and scoping of critical projects and own the execution and delivery of engineering efforts. • Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Design, Science, Research, Data Science, Regulatory, Marketing and other teams across our global organization. • Mentor your reports to help develop their skills and foster professional growth.
