Regional Partner Manager

• Ser dueño y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas de socios regionales en estrecha alineación con el liderazgo de ventas interno y el ecosistema de socios regional (revendedores, integradores de sistemas, proveedores de servicios gestionados, y entidades locales de alianzas globales), con un claro enfoque en impulsar el pipeline de socios incrementales en los segmentos comercial y empresarial. • Identificar, reclutar y desarrollar proactivamente socios de alto potencial, construyendo y sosteniendo relaciones a nivel ejecutivo para aumentar la creación de pipeline, la calidad de los contratos y la contribución de los ingresos. • Habilitar, activar y escalar a los socios para construir una práctica repetible de protección de datos y backup en SaaS, enseñándoles a buscar proactivamente, calificar y avanzar nuevas oportunidades comerciales y empresariales. • Impulsar la progresión de los tratos y la conversión de ingresos gestionando conjuntamente las oportunidades de origen de socios a través de todo el ciclo de ventas, asegurando la precisión de previsión y la entrega de ingresos contra una cuota de ventas asignada. • Asegurar altos niveles de satisfacción del socio y del cliente resolviendo problemas comerciales y operacionales y colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, éxito del cliente, producto e ingeniería. • Mantener informes precisos, oportunos y disciplinados sobre la actividad de los socios, el pipeline y las reservas en sistemas CRM para apoyar la gestión efectiva del pipeline, la previsión y la gobernanza del rendimiento. • Monitorear continuamente la dinámica del mercado, las tendencias de la industria y la actividad competitiva para informar la estrategia regional e identificar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento a través de socios.
Job Requirements
- Varios años de experiencia en el desarrollo de relaciones con socios en la industria SaaS/IT.
- Pasión por construir y nutrir un ecosistema de socios regional consistente en distribuidores y revendedores.
- Una sólida red de contactos dentro de más de uno de los socios estratégicos clave: Nunsys, SCC, SoftwareONE, Bechtle, Ozona.
- Sólidas habilidades de gestión de partes interesadas y negociación.
- Enfoque estructurado en el desarrollo de negocios.
- Fluidez en español e inglés.
- Mentalidad flexible y emprendedora.
- Residencia en Madrid, España.

• Drive outstanding territory sales performance and product demand to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within the LHM by building and sustaining strong, trusting relationships with customers and influencing key stakeholders. • Leverage company approved marketing resources to effectively demonstrate clinical value as a solution to address identified customer and patient needs. • Leverage payer acumen to educate on patient access and affordability options. • Analyze qualitative and quantitative market data to assess business opportunities and priorities. • Build LHM-specific business plan and account plans to drive growth. • Be the quarterback of the LHM team by setting the local strategy, collaborating with cross-functional LHM field partners, driving alignment, and ensuring priorities are set appropriately. • Collaborate within LHM to gain formulary status as necessary for key health systems and centers of excellence. • Influence variety of stakeholders, including C & D suite, across an account to drive adoption and pull through. • Build and strengthen business relationships with LHM partners, such as local infusion service providers. • Support critical educational initiatives within the LHM. • Effectively manage the territory budget. • Work to develop future thought leaders in the field in conjunction with the TLL. • Execute all work to the highest level of compliance and demonstrate JJIM Values as a role model within the LHM.
• Serve as the strategic owner of end-to-end capital sales management for targeted accounts in the assigned geography. • Identify and target new accounts and competitively sell the DUALTO™ System. • Drive capital installations through partnering with other J&J MedTech Surgery teams. • Build a strong DUALTO™ brand and relationship within flagship hospitals and health systems. • Structure and negotiate capital deals including rental, subscription, bundled services, and financing models. • Collaborate with strategic KAMs on enterprise accounts for seamless installation and adoption. • Maintain advanced product, market, and competitive knowledge to position differentiated solutions. • Apply CRM and digital tools to ensure forecast accuracy and accelerate decision cycles. • Lead product, technical, and clinical demonstrations to ensure sales and adoption of DUALTO™.
