This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. Since we deliver exceptional service 24/7, 365 days a year, this role requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays. - Must have a typing speed of 35WPM and proficient computer skills. - Looking for self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor. - Must remain composed when assisting upset callers. - Strong attention to detail in writing is required. - Consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence is essential. - Previous customer service experience is a bonus. Requirements - A Windows PC or laptop with Windows 10 or 11 (no Apple products, tablets or Chromebooks). - Screen resolution must be at least 1600X900 (Two monitors are preferred to help with efficiency). - A wired USB headset with a microphone. - Broadband internet connection that can pass our speed test (No satellite internet). - A direct Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi). - 1 GB of available storage space. - A dedicated workspace free from distraction.
