Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor, Law
  • 9–13+ years of progressively responsible legal experience.
  • Significant in-house legal experience within a SaaS, healthcare technology, or other regulated industry environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a legal function, domain, or major area of responsibility (e.g., commercial contracting, product counseling, privacy, regulatory).
  • Proven track record of leading complex, high-value commercial transactions (e.g., SaaS agreements, strategic partnerships, data-sharing arrangements).
  • Experience advising senior business leaders (Director/VP level and above) on legal, regulatory, and operational risks.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Experience developing and implementing legal processes, playbooks, and frameworks to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Strong cross-functional experience partnering with Product, Compliance, Security, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (healthcare, data privacy, or SaaS-related).
