Job Description

Site Care Partner

ICON plc

• You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff. • Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct. • Identifying opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site. • Monitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%) but sometimes less than once per month
  • Fluent in English and French
