• Preparing and assisting the valuation team to produce a comparable sales report for different types of residential properties in AUS. • Gathering comparable samples depending on the required residential dwelling type and collating statistics such as macro and microeconomic and infrastructure data. • Preparing a high-level summary and preliminary analysis to identify the market value of a specific product type in a certain location and generate market insights for projects. • Maintaining the valuation database, ensuring completion of property deal-related data and expedite the preparation process for quarterly market valuation.

• Translate manufacturing needs into MES solutions, ensuring accurate SAP–MES integration • Support configuration and testing • Provide ongoing production support and continuous improvement • Optimize the MES environment to ensure seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise systems • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT • Ensure planning requirements are correctly translated into SAP-based solutions

• Perform daily orbit determination calculations and support orbit raising operations for Low Earth Orbiting satellites • Use AGI’s Systems Tool Kit (STK), including ODTK, to model, analyze, and simulate orbital trajectories • Generate daily orbit data for satellite contacts, perform maneuver planning, and support launch operations • Provide 24/7 on-call support for troubleshooting and anomaly resolution • Support and develop scripts (Python, MATLAB) to automate orbital analysis tasks
