Group Product Manager

Urban Compass

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the lead platform, balancing near-term impact with long-term evolution. • Lead the development and optimization of matching, routing, and distribution systems to improve conversion, efficiency, and revenue. • Leverage data, experimentation, user research, and machine learning to inform product decisions and continuously improve performance. • Using detailed specifications as your foundation, collaborate with engineering and design leaders, driving accountability to ship features that are highly usable, and loved by our agents and staff. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure product investments align with partner success and company priorities. • Work alongside Product peers to deliver intuitive, transparent agent experiences that drive adoption and clearly communicate value. • Translate complex technical systems into clear, actionable strategies that can be understood across technical and non-technical audiences. • Establish clear goals, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks to measure impact and guide prioritization. • Operate as a product leader within the organization, influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders. • Lead and grow a strong product management team that works with cross functional partners, including engineering, design, product marketing, research, and business strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of owning and scaling complex platform products.
  • 3+ years of experience on a product team for a real estate portal or large brokerage with strong online presence strongly preferred, huge plus if in lead generation or delivery.
  • BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. MS or MBA preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical foundation, with the ability to partner effectively on system design, algorithms, and data flows.
  • A manager-doer who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
  • Proven ability to use data, experimentation, and user research to inform strategy, prioritize effectively, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to get to key needs, and the ability to rationalize across and resolve stakeholder differences.
  • Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment, bringing clarity to ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allows you to influence other teams, create clarity, and drive focus on complex problems.
