• This position involves providing research support on research projects for the U.S. EPA, states, and nonprofit organizations • This will require reviews of Superfund site documents, mathematical modeling, and report writing and editing. In addition, the position involves frequent collaborative work with employees from related disciplines • Data analysis and interpretation of scientific results will be required for some projects

• Leading the development of groundbreaking microelectronics packaging for Nvidia Networking Business Unit's future products • Collaborating with world-leading vendors to develop highly ambitious packaging solutions • Joining and leading task forces to investigate and support production excursions, failure analysis, and reliability issues • Failure investigations and production support for High volume products

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents that automate customer service workflows across digital and voice channels. • Develop intelligent automation using the NiCE AI and Digital portfolio, including conversational AI, knowledge systems, and omnichannel engagement capabilities. • Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from initial design through deployment and ongoing optimization. • Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems including CRM, commerce platforms, knowledge bases, and operational systems. • Create reusable components and frameworks that accelerate development of new AI agent capabilities.

• Travel to iHeartMedia project locations to oversee the installation of new technology • Responds to equipment outages, malfunctions, and related technical problems • Works with team to develop new technology system, procedures, and processes • Assists fellow technicians, and service personnel in the installation, training and support of software, hardware, and related 3rd party peripheral components • Document equipment installation and configuration • Makes decisions on parts, and related tools needed for project completion.
