Gerente de Projetos, SAP JR/PL
SEIDOR
• Atuar na condução de projetos de implantação, rollouts e melhorias, além da gestão de contratos de AMS (sustentação e evolução contínua). • Planejar e conduzir projetos de implantação, melhorias e rollouts SAP; • Gerenciar escopo, cronograma, orçamento, riscos e qualidade; • Coordenar equipes funcionais e técnicas (consultores, ABAP, BASIS, integrações); • Garantir alinhamento entre negócio e TI; • Conduzir reuniões executivas de status com stakeholders do cliente; • Apoiar priorização de backlog junto ao cliente; • Garantir entregas incrementais com foco em valor; • Gerenciar contratos de AMS (baseline mensal, backlog e priorização); • Controlar SLA, volumetria, capacidade (FTEs) e rentabilidade; • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e satisfação do cliente; • Atuar em gestão de incidentes críticos e escalonamentos; • Apoiar estratégias de melhoria contínua e aumento de maturidade do serviço.
Job Requirements
- Experiência entre 3 a 6 anos em projetos SAP ou apoio em gestão de AMS;
- Conhecimento em módulos SAP (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM ou similares);
- Noções de controle financeiro de projetos;
- Experiência com ferramentas como MS Project, Jira ou similares;
- Vivência prática em contratos de AMS;
- Experiência em gestão de baseline mensal e controle de margem;
- Capacidade de conduzir comitês executivos;
- Experiência em ambientes complexos e multi-módulos.
- Desejável: Inglês, espanhol ou ambos em nível intermediário ou avançado
