• Integration consultant in the IT Consultancy Services team to work on various cloud implementation projects for our customers across the globe. • Need to work as a team member to contribute in various technical streams of cloud implementation project • Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators • Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed • Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis • Building a quality culture • Training and mentoring of project resources • Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

• Work on complex SAP IS U and SAP Workflow–driven solutions across Electricity, Gas, or Water domains. • Contribute to end to end implementations, enhancements, and support activities. • Design and develop ABAP solutions in SAP IS U integrated with SAP Workflow. • Develop and support RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). • Design and implement SAP Workflow solutions including: Workflow templates, tasks, containers, bindings, and conditions. • Support Move In, Move Out, Disconnection, Reconnection, Meter Installation/Replacement processes through workflow enabled solutions.

• Manage and maintain SAP BASIS systems including installations, upgrades and patches, client copies and system refreshes. • Monitor system performance and stability, troubleshooting technical issues. • SAP User administration, security roles/authorizations. • Ensure compliance with security policies and SAP best practices. • Support database administration activities in coordination with DB teams.
