• Manage and develop strategic key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Identify growth opportunities and execute account development plans • Leading automation process of adhesives and tapes in key customers • Support complex projects in collaboration with technical, marketing, and operational teams • Lead annual Account Planning, including forecasting and performance tracking • Ensure effective pipeline management through consistent CRM usage • Analyze sales data to drive insights and recommend actions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or equivalent experience in business-to-end‑user sales
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B key account management
- Knowledge of adhesives, tapes, or related chemical products
- Knowledge in adhesives and tapes automation process application
- Strong communication, negotiation, prospecting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex initiatives
- Excellent English
- Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays
