Role Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Clinical Documentation Specialist (with systems support exposure) to join our team. This role focuses on reviewing clinical session notes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with insurance requirements, while also supporting users of clinical software. This role does not involve IT troubleshooting or software development support. It is not a technical IT role. Full training is provided, but candidates must be highly comfortable working with systems and technology. We are looking for someone who thrives in structured, detail-heavy work where accuracy, compliance, and consistency are critical. PLEASE NOTE: - Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African Time).
