• Design and build workflows, business rules, input forms, fee templates, and custom fields that support loan operations • Evaluate and implement system improvements as the business evolves • Manage integrations with third-party services within Encompass • Document configurations, changes, and system standards • Resolve Encompass system issues escalated from the help desk • Manage user roles and permissions • Train and support staff on system changes and new functionality • Partner with operations and compliance to keep configurations current with regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Proven hands-on Encompass configuration experience — you've built the rules and workflows yourself
- Experience at a direct residential mortgage lender — you understand how the system supports an actual loan cycle
- Comfortable as a sole administrator — you don't need a team around you to get things done
- Strong communicator who can work directly with executive leadership
- Preferred Experience with Encompass Business Rules, Custom Forms, input form configuration, and fee management
- Familiarity with Encompass integrations and third-party service ordering
- 3+ years of Encompass Administrator experience (Required)
- 3+ years of Mortgage Industry experience (Required)
- Experience with Optimal Blue, Mavent, Doc Magic, Customer Connect, and/or TPO Connect (Preferred)
