Role Description We are seeking an experienced Crypto Compliance Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with regulatory requirements. - Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international regulations in the cryptocurrency sector, including KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti Money Laundering), and CTF (Combating the Financing of Terrorism). - Conduct risk assessments related to cryptocurrency activities and identify potential risks for the company. - Develop, implement, and update internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure the company stays current with evolving regulations. - Monitor and evaluate changes in cryptocurrency laws and regulations, providing guidance to the company on necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. - Collaborate with internal teams to integrate compliance measures into business processes and systems. - Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the company's compliance program. - Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in cryptocurrency compliance. - Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters. - Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities, responding to inquiries and facilitating any necessary reporting. - Investigate and report any suspicious activities or transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements. - Participate in the development and implementation of risk management strategies for cryptocurrency activities. - Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to address any compliance-related legal matters. Qualifications - 5+ years of work experience in a Crypto Compliance Manager role. - Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain. - In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML, and CTF regulations as they apply to cryptocurrencies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to stay abreast of regulatory changes and interpret their impact on the business. - Relevant certifications in compliance or cryptocurrency regulation are a plus. Requirements - Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Finance or similar. - Fluent in English. Role Description The Payment Integrity DRG Coding & Clinical Validation Analyst position has an extensive background in acute facility-based clinical documentation, and/or inpatient coding and has a high level of understanding of the current MS-DRG, and APR-DRG payment systems. This position is responsible for reviewing medical records for appropriate provider documentation to support the principal diagnosis, co-morbidities, complications, secondary diagnosis, surgical procedures, POA indicators to validate coding and DRG assignment accuracy, ensuring the physician documentation supports the hospital coded data. Qualifications - Associate or bachelor’s degree in health information management (RHIA or RHIT) or a Nursing Degree. - Three (3) years’ experience in claims auditing, quality assurance, or recovery auditing, of (MS/APR) DRG coding for hospital or other acute facility setting. - Three (3) years of working experience with ICD 10CM, MS-DRG, and APR-DRG with a broad knowledge of medical claims billing/payment systems, provider billing guidelines, medical necessity criteria, and coding terminology. - Coding Certification is to be maintained as a condition of employment of one of the following: RHIA or RHIT, Inpatient Coding Credential – CCS or CIC. - Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills; as well as keeps abreast of latest trends related to business analysis. - Intermediate knowledge of PC, software, auditing tools and claims processing systems.
