Role Description As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach. Your responsibilities include: - Shaping and managing the product roadmap and product backlog. - Validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops. - Being a subject matter expert and collaborating with the team. - Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions. - Leading the continuous refinement of the product backlog. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. - Analyzing market trends and customer feedback for product enhancement. - Supporting and mentoring team members. - Driving the adoption of best practices in product management and agile methodologies. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Software Product Management. - Minimum of 3 years of Agile Project Management experience. - High School Diploma or GED. Requirements - Bachelors or Associates degree (preferred). - Proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy (preferred). - Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development experience (preferred). - Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards experience (preferred). • Own the execution of key initiatives within the 2026 CRO roadmap. You will be responsible for contributing to our optimization strategy and managing a focused product backlog. You will drive your team in a fast-paced environment to launch, adjust, pivot, or scale experiments based on real-time A/B test results. • Partner with our Data Team to define tracking requirements, analyze A/B test performance, and maintain visualization reports in Tableau. • Work closely with Product Designers to bridge the gap between qualitative research and quantitative data, ensuring every experiment is both user-centric and business-aligned. • Align with Marketing on content and performance marketing initiatives and coordinate with other product areas (Zicasso’s Platforms for Travelers, Partners and Customer Care Team) to ensure seamless data flow across our ecosystem.
• Convaying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team • Defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog • Collaborating with the entire Product team, business unit and platform product teams • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development • Writing and refining user stories • Participating and leading Scrum meetings and product sprints
