Job Requirements
- You must have:
- Completed university degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of prior experience in product management, software development or related areas.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to investigate issues, build analyses and support product decisions.
- Strong problem-structuring ability and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and critical analysis of results.
- Experience with agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Amplitude, BigQuery, Google Sheets, Metabase or similar.
- Hands-on experience using AI agents applied to product work, with autonomy to use them in day-to-day activities.

You will drive your team in a fast-paced environment to launch, adjust, pivot, or scale experiments based on real-time A/B test results. • Partner with our Data Team to define tracking requirements, analyze A/B test performance, and maintain visualization reports in Tableau. • Work closely with Product Designers to bridge the gap between qualitative research and quantitative data, ensuring every experiment is both user-centric and business-aligned. • Align with Marketing on content and performance marketing initiatives and coordinate with other product areas (Zicasso’s Platforms for Travelers, Partners and Customer Care Team) to ensure seamless data flow across our ecosystem.
