Role Description Ria Health is seeking a self-driven and motivated Admissions Specialist to join our Admissions Center team. The Admissions Center is the face of Ria Health to new prospects, and you will report directly to the Admissions Center Manager. As an Admissions Specialist, your primary responsibility is to engage with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and explain how Ria Health’s services can help them achieve a better relationship with alcohol. This is a sales-driven role with the expectation of consistently meeting monthly enrollment targets. Qualifications - Experience in Education, Sales, or a relevant field. - 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, customer engagement, or enrollment. - Previous experience in sales or admissions is preferred. - Polished and professional communication skills. - Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various computer applications and systems (Salesforce, Google Suite, and others). - Passion for healthcare and technology. - Commitment to HIPAA Compliance. Requirements - Conduct discovery calls to engage with prospects. - Manage insurance eligibility and collaborate with the Verifications Specialist. - Guide prospects through the enrollment process. - Meet monthly enrollment targets with a focus on conversion rates. - Track interactions in Salesforce CRM. - Provide feedback to the Enrollment team. - Collaborate across teams while working independently. - Proactively solve challenges.
