• Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. • Identify and qualify upsell opportunities within the existing client base. • Provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations to clients, addressing their specific needs. • Effectively self-prospect existing customer base through quarterly business reviews and monthly check-ins • Prospect into client base and uncover new opportunities • Conduct sales activities to generate interest and schedule meetings with potential clients. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects and opportunities. • Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients and uncover expansion opportunities from those leads • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria). • Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of our SaaS products. • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients and leads. • Be curious
Job Requirements
- A genuine interest in understanding others, their processes, and challenges.
- An eagerness to learn and stay updated on technology trends, as well as proficiency in using software and tools, is critical for effectively demonstrating SaaS products.
- The ability to foster collaborative and strong relationships with customers.
- Effective management of daily sales activities, including prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and closing deals.
- A solid understanding of sales techniques, such as prospecting, lead qualification, the discovery process, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits, build relationships, and address customer inquiries.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups using Salesforce.
- The ability to quickly learn new SaaS products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Ownership - Own the strategic communication lane with assigned clients. - Design, build, and facilitate Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews. - Develop and maintain Client Health Scores. - Maintain close alignment with Operations. - Own detractor follow-up and action plans at the account level. - Serve as the client’s internal advocate. - Revenue Retention & Growth - Lead the end-to-end contract renewal process. - Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and new service line opportunities. - Build and execute client retention and save strategies. - New Client Onboarding - Own the client experience during onboarding. - Contribute a strategic growth roadmap during the pre-sale process. - Execute a structured 30-day onboarding sequence. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Operations daily. - Collaborate with Account Executives on expansion opportunities. - Own resolution of billing and invoice disputes. Qualifications - 5+ years in customer success, account management, or client services in B2B services. - Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of $5M+ in annual contract value. - Track record of hitting or exceeding 95%+ retention rates. - Experience running QBRs/MBRs and translating operational data into client-facing strategic narratives. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred). - Strong commercial acumen. In partnership with nursing home operators, these Medicare Advantage plans manage medical risk by improving patient care to reduce emergency room visits and avoidable hospitalizations.

• Build, manage, and strengthen partnerships with suppliers, mills, and other ecosystem stakeholders. • Travel regionally to support partner engagement, lead workshops or trainings on timber handling and preparation, and troubleshoot supply-side challenges in the field. • Provide market insights, species-specific guidance, and operational intelligence to internal teams and partners to inform strategy. • Collaborate across teams on system or software troubleshooting, process improvements, and scaling supply operations. • Oversee a Coordinator in your region, providing guidance and operational support. • Identify opportunities to grow traceable timber throughput, new supplier relationships, and regional market impact. • Contribute to organizational knowledge by documenting learnings, best practices, and recommendations for supply growth.
