Senior Product Manager, Interoperability

• You will join the Product team within the Connections product zone and help shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Datavant’s interoperability platform. • Drive product strategy and impact: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, and Product teams across the organization to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver capabilities. • Be customer-focused: Obsess about identifying and solving high-value problems for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Define product requirements: Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to translate complex business needs, interoperability constraints, and technical possibilities into clear requirements. • Navigate a dynamic interoperability landscape: Help shape product direction in a space defined by evolving customer expectations, partner ecosystems, technical standards, and regulatory requirements. • Be a leader: Lead by example, fostering a collaborative environment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and commercial teams. • Operate like an owner: Take ownership of your product area from ideation through development, launch, measurement, and iteration.

Job Requirements

  • You have 5+ years in product management, product strategy, or a related role, ideally within healthcare technology, interoperability, platform products, or complex enterprise software.
  • You understand healthcare interoperability.
  • You are familiar with common interoperability standards and integration patterns, such as FHIR, HL7, EHR APIs, or similar approaches to exchanging healthcare data across complex systems.
  • You are strategic.
  • You are technical.
  • You know how to build platform products.
  • You are highly organized and have strong project management skills.
  • You write exceptional documents, presentations, diagrams, and mockups.
