Product Owner (Mid-level)

• Work with the squad, supporting the team in directing deliveries and evolving the product. • Develop, communicate and clearly maintain the product vision, goals and strategy. • Ensure the Product Backlog is always transparent, prioritized, visible and understandable to all stakeholders. • Prioritize, detail and manage stories, epics and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Structure functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and objective manner. • Work collaboratively with other POs, PMs, stakeholders and partner teams to ensure alignment in decisions and deliveries. • Drive the product strategy across its entire lifecycle, including roadmap, releases, evolution and prioritization. • Support the product development team by promoting focus, engagement, collaboration and a sense of purpose. • Conduct market research and analysis to support product evolution and decision-making. • Define and validate MVPs, test hypotheses and support discovery and experimentation initiatives. • Analyze user behavior, understanding needs, pain points and improvement opportunities. • Guide prototype creation and support the definition of customer-centered solutions. • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in the product and ways of working. • Manage strategic priorities, timelines and resources, balancing business needs and delivery capacity. • Bridge corporate strategy, products and teams, contributing to consistent deliveries aligned with expected value.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner or in related product roles.
  • Knowledge of financial products.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary squads.
