Role Description We are seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to support and maintain a hybrid infrastructure environment spanning AWS, virtualized systems, and SolarWinds deployment infrastructure. This role is focused on day-to-day operations—ensuring systems are secure, stable, and performing reliably through proactive maintenance, monitoring, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented, comfortable working across cloud and on-prem environments, and thrives in a fast-paced operational setting. - Administer and support AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM - Provision, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud-based systems - Administer VMware, Hyper-V, or similar virtual machine environments - Manage Windows and Linux servers, including patching, updates, and system health checks - Support and maintain SolarWinds deployment infrastructure (pollers, web servers, and supporting components) - Perform installations, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance across all systems - Monitor infrastructure health and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud, server, and monitoring platforms - Maintain system access, backups, and operational stability - Document configurations, procedures, and support activities - Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled after-hours maintenance Qualifications - 3–6+ years of systems administration or infrastructure support experience - Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, etc.) - Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V - Experience supporting SolarWinds infrastructure in an operational environment - Strong Windows Server and/or Linux administration skills - Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls) - Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to operational issues Requirements - AWS certification (SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect) - Experience with backup and disaster recovery processes - Familiarity with SQL Server or database systems supporting infrastructure tools - Experience in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments - Exposure to automation or configuration management tools Benefits - High-impact role with direct visibility into business performance and decision making - Opportunity to shape financial processes and operating discipline as the company scales - Collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong cross-functional exposure - Competitive compensation and growth opportunity Compensation Base salary range: $80,000-90,000 annually. Role Description The National Sales Manager is responsible for growing the sales vertical and MDU business development. You will be responsible for securing contracts within the MDU (multi-dwelling unit) community, MTU (multi-tenant unit), and residential business segments, to enable Gigstreem to expand the reach and revenue penetration of our high-speed broadband services. Building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel with top prospects, owning all P&L forecasting and improvement for each sale, and working the cross-functional process and support this position requires. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Establish annual and quarterly goals that align with company’s financial targets, approved by Chief Revenue Officer. - Forecast and seek approval of financial budget annually that supports the position's needs and success. - Manage and track spend vs established budget. - Comply with established sales and financial processes to ensure that all potential new buildings and clients meet requirements for operational and financial success. - Work closely with Business Development team to track pipeline progress weekly and facilitate smooth handoff of Opportunities and Clients. - Attend industry tradeshows to drive new business and grow brand awareness nationally. - Work cross-functionally to create and implement new products and processes that assist in meeting the financial targets for each product and property. - Seek financial approval for all potential deals added to the sales funnel. - Work with the executive to prepare and present quarterly board presentations as required. - Initiate face-to-face customer contact with high value owners, builders, and developers of MTU and MDU properties to present, propose and secure a marketing and/or bulk agreement. - Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to identify appropriate customers within the target markets. - Build and cultivate prospective relationships. - Manage leads and data in ZoHo CRM for new and prospective clients sourced through third party programs, ensuring all communications are logged and accurate. - Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards. - Review and analyze Bills of Material and Design plans for accuracy and work closely with engineering team to refine designs to meet our capital investment strategy. - Negotiate and close long-term contracts for marketing and/or bulk agreements; this includes new acquisition and renewal opportunities. - Work independently and effectively with internal and external legal support staff to resolve/negotiate appropriate contractual terms and conditions. - Work closely with the area Account Management team to ensure successful onboarding and hand-off requirements are met. - Other tasks as assigned by the head of sales and marketing.
