Job Requirements

- Direct experience with financing, lending, or prime brokerage accounting at a publicly traded company, including familiarity with SEC reporting requirements.
- Proven track record of building accounting processes and internal controls from the ground up, including designing SOPs and implementing automation that reduced close timelines or error rates.
- Experience managing or leading a team through monthly close cycles and quarterly/annual reporting, with demonstrated ability to meet tight regulatory deadlines.
- Working proficiency in NetSuite, FloQast, and Google Suite, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline close and reporting workflows.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
