Role Description We are seeking a Director, Healthcare Markets who will have responsibility for defining and executing KI’s Healthcare market strategy, with Life Sciences serving as a targeted, adjacent growth opportunity. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who understands how physical environments influence patient outcomes, staff performance, and operational efficiency—and knows how to translate that insight into measurable business results. While the ideal candidate will work from KI’s Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI, we are open to considering strong candidates who can work remotely from their home office in a major U.S. city. • Leads the design of large and complex managed service solutions by driving services teams • Works closely with the sales team to participate in and proactively drive the presales process with clients • Shares responsibility for win strategy, translating clients’ business strategy into IT strategy/roadmap • Leads large complex solution design with clients • Integrates services, processes, applications, DATA, technology through a design process across domains • Contributes to the knowledge base of company's development and services by sharing best practices

• Design and build automation systems using tools such as Claude Code, n8n, and Make • Develop AI-powered workflows including (but not limited to): - Voice agents - Sales analysis and reporting systems - Dashboards and data pipelines - Podcast and content automation - Internal operational tools - Client-facing automation solutions • Identify inefficiencies across internal processes and implement scalable automation solutions • Collaborate with the founder to translate business needs into functional AI systems • Support the development and rollout of AI services for external clients • Maintain, optimise, and troubleshoot existing automation systems • Document workflows and systems to ensure long-term scalability and reliability • Stay current with AI tools and automation trends, applying them pragmatically (not just experimentally)

• Diseñar y construir sistemas end-to-end basados en No-Code + AI (no tareas aisladas). • Automatizar el proceso completo de entrada de inquilinos: Formularios → validaciones → generación de contratos → registro. • Generar contratos automáticamente utilizando Google Docs + Google Apps Script. • Diseñar e implementar integraciones con Google Drive para gestión documental. • Automatizar procesos operativos: Gestión de incidencias/Salida de inquilinos. • Construir dashboards y sistemas de reporting para seguimiento de KPIs del negocio. • Integrar canales de comunicación con WhatsApp (API). • Desarrollar y optimizar flujos de automatización con herramientas No-Code. • Optimización avanzada (AI & Data). • Implementar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial (visión artificial) para: Control de inventario/Verificación del estado de habitaciones. • Diseñar y optimizar la base de datos en Airtable: Stock/Rentabilidad/Estructura de datos escalable. • Mejorar continuamente los procesos mediante automatización y uso de AI.
