Boomi is seeking a Presales Systems Developer to serve as the technical systems owner for our Presales Management platform, while developing internal operational tools and managing presales data flows across our GTM stack. This role is a hybrid of system administration, reporting, and development, supporting technical excellence, leadership visibility, and field enablement. You’ll ensure data accuracy, platform usability, and scalable reporting across the global presales team including Salesforce, Jira, Gong, and readiness tracking systems.This is a technical hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and analytics. What You’ll Do - Serve as the day-to-day admin and primary owner for our Presales Management tool - Manage integrations between the presales platform and tools like Salesforce, Gong, Jira, and Google Workspace - Build and maintain an internal site or portal that centralizes presales content, dashboards, and operational workflows - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using data from presales systems: POC tracking, SC utilization, readiness, RFX, and demo operations - Support intake workflow automation for presales resources (e.g., TASC, SME requests) - Build and maintain Jira boards, automations, and filters used by presales and readiness teams - Collaborate with Presales Ops, Enablement, and SC leaders to ensure systems reflect live programs and GTM alignment - Ensure accurate, accessible reporting for leadership reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning - Document workflows, data structures, and admin processes to support global scalability - Serve as technical liaison with platform vendors and internal IT teams - Help test, implement, and support feature rollouts and user training The Experience You Bring - 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, IT Systems, or Technical Program Support - Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization - Experience administering or supporting GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Jira, Highspot) - Familiarity with presales workflows: POCs, demos, RFX, technical discovery, utilization, SME support - You’re a builder comfortable writing scripts, building tools, and connecting systems - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive capable of managing multiple systems and stakeholders - Able to translate operational requirements into scalable tooling and reporting - Fluent in English and comfortable working across global time zones - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Tools & Tech - Familiar with Salesforce, Jira, Gong, Google Workspace, Slack - Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, authentication, webhooks, and connecting SaaS platforms. - (Preferred) Hands-on or working knowledge of Boomi Integration, Flow, and API Management to build and automate internal presales tools and workflows. - Ability to build and maintain lightweight internal apps or portals. - Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, transformations, and multi‑source reporting for operational and leadership insights. - Experience administering GTM or presales platforms, managing permissions, workflows, integrations, and environment hygiene. - Comfortable designing reusable processes, documenting systems, and scaling tooling across global teams #LI-ML1 Be Bold. Confirm patient insurance eligibility and evaluate coverage standards across different benefits. - Care Coordination: Work closely with healthcare professionals to promote coordinated care and effective medication management. Proactive communication with other healthcare professionals via phone, fax, and other electronic channels is required. - Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects that improve care delivery and network operations, ensuring compliance and maintaining high clinical standards. - Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Adhere to organizational policies related to affordability programs, patient confidentiality, and medication safety. Follow relevant regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures in reviewing clinical documentation. - Continuous Improvement: Engage in quality improvement activities and process enhancements aimed at increasing the efficiency and impact of affordability programs. You’ll need to be well-versed in medical and pharmacy claims data. Qualifications - Associate’s degree (or higher) in a health-related field, healthcare administration, data analytics, or a related discipline. - 3+ years of experience working with Excel, including XLOOKUP, complex formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and graphs. - 2+ years of experience creating recurring and ad hoc reports, with comfort working with KPIs, trend analysis, and data validation. - 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, working with claims data and/or electronic health records (EHRs). - 2+ years of experience building rebate analytical models and translating data into actionable business insights. - 2+ years of experience with working knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT codes. - 2+ years of experience with working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and CMS security requirements. - 2+ years of experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams within a matrixed organization. - 2+ years of experience demonstrating strong written communication skills, with consistent delivery of accurate, error-free work. - 2+ years of experience performing work with minimal supervision, including in a remote work environment. - 1+ years of experience using SQL for ad hoc querying, analysis, and data reconciliation. - 1+ years of experience in data analytics with expert-level proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, and automation, as well as Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization. - 1+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of Medicare Part B and Part D, including pharmacy record review, claims processing, billing, and reimbursement rules. - Intermediate (or higher) level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
