Role Description This is not a booth-and-banner job. You will be the marketing team’s operator in the field, embedded with sales, running programs that generate qualified pipeline for Cellebrite’s Digital Investigation Platform across law enforcement, defense, and enterprise accounts in the United States. - Plan and execute regional campaigns, events, and ABM plays that produce measurable pipeline within 30 days. - Work side by side with account executives, SDRs, and sales leadership to identify target accounts, build programs that move deals forward, and report on results. - Understand the world of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, defense and intelligence organizations, and enterprise legal and compliance teams. Pipeline Generation and Acceleration - Build and execute regional campaigns that drive new logo and expansion pipeline across your territory. - Partner with AEs, SDRs, and ISRs to align on target accounts, territory plans, and follow-up expectations. - Design workshops, executive briefings, roundtables, and technical deep dives that move deals from early stage to commit. - Identify stuck deals with your AEs and build targeted acceleration plays to get them moving. - Track sourced and influenced pipeline. Optimize programs based on conversion rates and cost per opportunity. Event Strategy and Execution - Own end-to-end event planning: venue selection, logistics, promotion, staffing, content, and budget. - Build and execute pre-event, on-site, and post-event workflows to maximize qualified meetings and lead capture. - Ensure timely lead routing, follow-up sequences, and event ROI reporting. - Represent Cellebrite at industry events, conferences, and trade shows (IACP, HTCIA, IACIS, regional user forums, and similar). Regional GTM and Localization - Tailor corporate messaging, assets, and offers to regional market realities and customer needs. - Develop regional playbooks and competitive insights that support territory strategy. - Capture on-the-ground feedback and route it to product marketing, demand gen, and content teams. Sales Alignment - Act as the day-to-day marketing partner for your region’s sales team. Attend QBRs, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls. - Train sales reps to use campaigns, content, and event assets effectively. - Coordinate ABM programs with sales and marketing ops, including target account lists, engagement tactics, and account penetration tracking. Reporting and Budget - Monitor field performance metrics: sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, ACV, velocity, and cost per acquisition. - Manage your regional field marketing budget. Allocate spend based on ROI and pipeline needs. - Maintain dashboards for sales and marketing leadership with clear, honest reporting. Qualifications - 5+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or event-driven pipeline roles in B2B technology. - Direct experience partnering with enterprise sales teams and a track record of marketing-sourced pipeline you can quantify. - Comfort operating in government, law enforcement, defense, or regulated enterprise environments. - Strong project management instincts. You can run five events in parallel without dropping details. - Proficiency with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), CRM (Salesforce), and event platforms. - Analytical mindset. You build reports because you want to know what worked, not because someone asked. - Willingness to travel 40-50% within your region. Role Description AirDNA is hiring a VP of Marketing to lead the next phase of its marketing evolution. The mandate is clear: re-accelerate and modernize organic growth—requiring a hands-on leader who can diagnose and rebuild SEO and content strategy for a world increasingly shaped by AI-driven search—while leveling up lifecycle and activation into meaningful growth levers, and turning AirDNA's unique assets—its data, scale, and industry-leading research—into a compounding acquisition and conversion engine. This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing leadership role. Paid acquisition and product strategy are already in place; your focus is on leading the marketing function across organic growth, lifecycle, content, and brand, while raising the bar on team performance and output. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will set direction, make decisive calls on team and strategy, and drive step-change improvement in how marketing contributes to growth. You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will: - Own and rebuild AirDNA's organic growth engine across SEO, programmatic content, and website conversion, personally diagnosing and adapting strategy for AI-driven search. - Build and scale a content distribution system that amplifies AirDNA's proprietary data and Jamie Lane's research (Chief Economist, SVP of Analytics) into high-performing acquisition and conversion channels. - Elevate lifecycle marketing into a best-in-class activation, nurture, and retention engine, turning it into a core driver of conversion and monetization. - Lead and develop a cross-functional marketing team across growth, lifecycle, product marketing, creative, PR, and analytics, assessing talent and making thoughtful changes where needed while raising the performance bar. - Oversee paid acquisition and agency partners, ensuring efficient spend, incrementality, and channel diversification, with the judgment to evolve the current structure as needed. - Define and sharpen AirDNA's brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, treating brand as a strategic growth lever. - Own marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting in partnership with the analytics team, using a hands-on, data-driven approach to guide decisions. - Leverage AI tools and workflows to build faster, smarter systems and materially increase team output without adding headcount. Qualifications - You have 8–15 years of experience in B2C or product-led growth (PLG) SaaS marketing, including 3+ years at the VP or Head level, ideally at a $15–75M ARR company. - You have deep expertise in organic growth, including SEO and programmatic content, and can personally diagnose and improve performance in an AI-driven search landscape. - You have strong lifecycle marketing experience and understand activation, retention, and monetization in a PLG or freemium model, with a track record of improving core metrics. - You have working fluency in paid acquisition and can manage teams and agencies, with a clear point of view on incrementality and spend efficiency. - You think in full-funnel terms—from traffic to activation to paid conversion—and have owned outcomes across the marketing funnel. - You are an experienced team builder who can assess talent quickly, make hard calls, and build high-performance organizations. - You are highly data-driven, comfortable with attribution and experimentation, and able to self-serve analysis when needed. - You are AI-native and use AI tools to drive 2–3x productivity, with real examples of workflows or systems you've built. - You have experience marketing data products, marketplaces, or prosumer SaaS tools, and understand how data can be a core growth asset. - You demonstrate high ownership and a low-ego, high-performance mindset, and can partner effectively with strong internal subject-matter experts. Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000, part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend and incentive pay for eligible roles. - Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. - We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay. Location - New York City preferred; Denver secondary; Barcelona tertiary; remote considered for exceptional candidates. Secure Candidate Experience All official emails and messages regarding your application will come from an @airdna.co or @alpinesg.com email address. We will never ask for sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, banking information, or payment details during the hiring process.
