Senior Project Manager

• Drive strategic, tactical, and operational planning across large-scale projects — tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources. • Create, execute, and communicate project plans covering scope, schedule, staffing, quality, risk, budget, and procurement. • Mitigate risks, resolve issues, close resource gaps, and keep initiatives aligned to strategic objectives. • Establish intake, grooming, assignment, and management processes for engineering tasks and tickets. • Review project financials, monitor variances, and manage change controls. • Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews; produce clear notes and follow-ups. • Define and continuously improve PM processes, methodologies, and tools. • Measure project performance using appropriate systems and techniques.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • 5+ years working in agile environments on projects or portfolios.
  • Strong hands-on fluency with Jira (required) and other PM tooling.
  • Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and change control.
  • Excellent executive-level stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate, drive, and inspire delivery teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Basic SQL skills and familiarity with accounting concepts are a strong plus.
  • Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Must be based in Brazil with the ability to align with US Pacific business hours.
