Role Description You'll track projects, coordinate stakeholders, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll own the project board, run weekly standups, chase dependencies, and produce clear status updates for leadership — so everyone knows what's happening and what's next. - Maintain the project board in Asana or ClickUp and keep it current - Facilitate weekly standups and async check-ins across time zones - Track milestones, flag delays early, and help teams unblock - Produce clear status updates and project summaries for leadership - Coordinate documentation: decisions, action items, retrospectives Qualifications - Highly organised — you've managed projects or complex workloads before - Clear, concise communicator in written English - Comfortable with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.) - Proactive — you chase things before they become problems Requirements - Experience in a coordinator or operations role (nice to have) - Familiarity with e-commerce workflows (nice to have) - Any project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP Foundation, etc.) (nice to have) Benefits - $750–$1,100 USD/month - Fully remote - Real project ownership from day one - 20 days leave plus public holidays - Cross-functional exposure across a growing e-commerce business
