• Apoiar na definição e manutenção do Roadmap dos produtos em desenvolvimento paralelo; • Apoiar na estratégia de implantação encadeada de versões de software; • Planejar as entregas de versões para implantação; • Apoiar a priorização do backlog do produto; • Apoiar os coordenadores no planejamento, execução e controle dos projetos; • Acompanhar o andamento dos sprints buscando garantir o cumprimento dos compromissos em prazo, custo e qualidade.

- Experiência no domínio do aplicativo e no desenvolvimento de software;
- Habilidades de análise e gerenciamento de riscos, estimativa, planejamento e análise de decisões;
- Habilidades de apresentação, comunicação e negociação;
- Mostrar capacidade de liderança e de desenvolver o espírito de equipe;
- Capacidade de gerenciamento de tempo e triagem e um histórico de decisões acertadas tomadas rapidamente em situações de stress;
- Ter habilidade no relacionamento interpessoal e mostrar bom senso na seleção de pessoal;
- Ser objetivo na definição e avaliação do trabalho;
- Conhecimento em gerência de projetos;
- Conhecimento dos frameworks/práticas: SCRUM; SAFe; Lean Kanban; Lean Startup; Project Model Canvas.
