• You develop custom solutions in the areas of document management and process automation — both backend (Java) and frontend (modern web technologies) • Working with applications that digitally map business processes and support specialist departments in their daily work is part of your daily responsibilities • You design high-performance, user-friendly interfaces for complex business applications — not just simple click-throughs, but real work tools • You are involved in the entire development process — from requirements gathering through architecture and development to go-live • Integrating frontend and backend into consistent, scalable end-to-end solutions is part of your daily work • You think in end-to-end processes and ensure that data, documents and workflows interact seamlessly • You work on projects with significant domain depth, e.g. in public administration, financial services or other regulated environments • After handover, you remain involved and continue to develop solutions together with the client
Job Requirements
- You are interested in getting involved in topics such as process automation, workflows or document-based applications
- Extensive experience in Java development (e.g. Spring / Spring Boot) distinguishes you
- You have solid knowledge of modern frontend technologies (e.g. Angular, React or Vue)
- Relational databases are not new to you
- You are a flexible team player who enjoys solving complex tasks
- Confident communication in German and good communication skills in English are not a problem for you.
