Role Description We are looking for a Quality Engineering Lead / Test Platform Lead to join our engineering team and own the systems, frameworks, and tooling that make it possible for every engineer at Zeelo to ship safely and with confidence. This is not a traditional QA gatekeeper role. You won't be the person who "owns quality" or approves releases. Quality at Zeelo is owned by the engineering teams. Your job will be to make that ownership practical - by building the test infrastructure, automation frameworks, AI-powered agents that make high-quality delivery the path of least resistance. You will design and maintain the test platform that underpins our engineering teams. You will build tools and frameworks that engineers across teams use daily with a focus on developer experience - not test suites that sit in isolation, or that require reading reams of documentation and complex environment configuration - but integrated systems that plug into CI/CD, surface failures efficiently, and make it easy to understand what went wrong and why. This role requires strong technical ability, a platform-thinking mindset, and the drive to multiply the effectiveness of every engineer around you. Some manual testing will be expected in order to support existing QA processes, learn how the product works and understand how our customers use it. These skills will facilitate the building of more effective automation, better test coverage strategies, and tooling that reflects real-world usage patterns. Role Description As our MAT Lead, you’re the tip of the spear. You’ll be hitting the front lines to put a cold Monster in every hand, fueling the crowd and driving the hype through killer event sampling. You’re here to hunt down new leads for the Sales team, lock in legendary account relationships, and dominate the market by building a powerhouse network of influencers. - Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Monster Ambassadors team members. - Provide consistent direction, coaching, and communication to maintain brand accuracy in the Monster brand experiences and sampling. - Diligently prepare ambassadors for superior customer interactions and flawless event executions. - Supervise operations and equipment in local market. - Maintain company assets (Storage Facilities, Inventory, Vehicles, Equipment). - Execute strategic directions and manage the goals for the assigned region/market. - Build vendor and venue relationships. - Generate sales opportunity leads. - Increase market knowledge and identify various groups and organizations with the targeted demographic in which to partner. - Maintain inventory control for sales and promotional events. - Plan and manage all aspects of the event planning process: pre, during, and post duties including: personnel, product delivery/distribution, transportation, supplies, contracts, insurance, permits. - Actively participate in all regional events with ambassadors. - Create event schedule for local markets, ensuring team assignments are appropriate for events. - Provide market successes feedback. - Adhere to deadlines for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, reporting and recapping data for the region. Qualifications - Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or similar field of study. - Between 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Promotional. - Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and managing resources. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Ability to match your field team to best represent your market. - Planning skills for managing team members' time and obtaining results.

Role Description We are currently searching for a SAP TESTER MANAGER: - Define and execute the overall test strategy, test plans, and test cases across various SAP modules. - Oversee and perform diverse testing cycles, including Functional, Integration, and Regression testing. - Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users. - Manage the defect lifecycle: log, track, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of issues. - Collaborate closely with Functional consultants, Technical (ABAP/Integration) teams, and key business stakeholders. - Support release cycles, system upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring minimal business disruption. - Maintain comprehensive test documentation and ensure strict traceability between requirements and test execution. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Test Manager or QA Lead specifically within SAP environments. - Deep understanding of SAP modules and end-to-end business processes. - Expertise in testing methodologies (Functional, SIT, Regression, and UAT). - Strong experience in Defect Management and the use of testing tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, ALM, or Jira). - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, and Business). - Solid understanding of SAP release management and upgrade impact analysis. - Advanced Oral English. - Advanced Spanish.
