Senior Infrastructure Engineer

• Architect scalable and secure systems • Develop and optimize data pipelines • Ensure high performance, reliability and data integrity • Collaborate with architectural teams and build strategic partnerships • Engage in projects that make a meaningful difference for clients and communities
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience as software engineer or related
- Experience with designing/deploying Cloud infrastructure using reusable Terraform modules
- Onboarding applications into Kubernetes with Helm and GitOps (FluxCD)
- Implementing Cloud IAM for secure pod-to-service authentication
- Building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for infrastructure and application deployments
- Performing Cloud networking design, including VNets, private endpoints, DNS, Application Gateway, Front Door, and API management (APIM)
- Deploying/maintaining multi-region workloads, testing failover, and disaster recovery processes
- Automating governance through Terraform Cloud and Azure DevOps

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (AWS) to take ownership of our cloud and hybrid infrastructure. This role is responsible for designing, securing, and operating our AWS environment, managing access and identity across teams, and supporting integration with third-party and on-premise systems (e.g., TPP). A key part of this role is reducing operational overhead by improving infrastructure design, access models, and system standardization. You will play a critical role in moving us from reactive infrastructure management to a scalable, well-governed platform. You will act as the primary owner of infrastructure-related decisions and best practices across the organization.
Role Description We are looking for a confident Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer who has demonstrated experience engineering and maintaining environments and resources in cloud environments, leveraging industry best practices and toolsets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who combines their existing experience with a thirst to learn in order to engineer, deploy, and maintain quality solutions with a security-first mindset.
