New Initiatives Program Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations
Mass General Brigham
Role Description Responsible for managing all aspects of a large-scale and complex program and corresponding projects related to Revenue Cycle Operations Strategic Initiatives. Leads and implements initiatives that support alignment with organizational goals and strategic planning. Oversees communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Develops the program schedule, budget, and various program and project plan details. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to program leadership. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other team members. - Leads program and project teams and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. - Conducts research, manages and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports and presentations to support programs. - Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. - Monitor program progress and proactively address any deviations from plans, timelines, or budgets. - Manages the program budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required and Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred. - Program and/or project management experience 3-5 years required. - Relevant Healthcare experience specifically in revenue cycle or strategy 3-5 years required. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences. - Ability to effectively plan and facilitate meetings and workgroups. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule. - Experience with Epic preferred. • Prepare, review, and issue accurate and timely invoices for assigned enterprise and strategic accounts in accordance with customer contracts, orders, and internal policies. • Ensure invoices comply with customer-specific requirements (PO references, formatting, supporting documentation, billing portals, etc.). • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies prior to invoicing and proactively address potential billing issues. • Interpret and operationalize customer contracts to ensure billing aligns with contractual terms and revenue recognition policies. • Support revenue assurance by identifying billing risks, revenue leakage opportunities, and process gaps. • Collaborate with Accounting to support month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations and audit support. • Serve as a point of contact for enterprise customers on billing-related inquiries and dispute resolution. • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to onboard new enterprise customers and implement billing processes. • Provide clear explanations of invoices and billing structures to both internal and external stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, particularly as enterprise volume grows. • Help document billing procedures and contribute to standardized revenue operations workflows. • Support reporting related to enterprise billing performance, unapplied cash, and aged receivables in coordination with AR.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to size markets, define segments, and build account prioritization frameworks that drive top-line bookings and penetration • Own the definition, measurement, and continuous refinement of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP); translate insights into targeting, routing, and qualification criteria the GTM team actively uses • Own end-to-end funnel analytics from first touch through closed-won and expansion, identifying the highest-leverage points at each stage and driving the initiatives that move conversion • Partner with Marketing on demand planning, channel attribution, campaign performance, and ABM program analytics • Partner with Sales on pipeline inspection, forecasting support, rep productivity, territory and quota analytics, and coaching insights derived from Gong • Partner with Customer Success on health scoring, churn analysis, expansion opportunity identification, and renewal risk • Build dashboards, reports, and narratives that GTM leaders use to run their business; present findings and recommendations directly to VPs and the executive team • Design and run experiments across messaging, cadences, ICP refinements, routing rules, and plays; measure impact rigorously and scale what works • Translate analytical needs into tool, data, and system requirements in close partnership with the Revenue Operations Engineer
