Your role at DynatraceDynatrace is seeking to add an Accounting Intern to our Revenue Accounting team to address its growing need to enable flawless and secure digital interactions for Dynatrace customers. As an Accounting Intern, your work will help create a world where software works perfectly. We are looking for Business, Accounting, or Finance students with junior or senior level standing to join us this summer on our Revenue team. This is a full-time, paid internship working out of our Detroit Office. Responsibilities: - Validates, enters, reconciles, and audits routine financial information. - Assists with costing, projecting, analyzing and organizing data. - Assists in projects related to specific department or Finance in general. May be expected to complete a project or projects from start to finish of varying levels of responsibility. - Interacts with all levels of business and across functions The Accounting and Finance Interns will partner with the Revenue and will gain hands-on industry experience in the Accounting field. What will help you succeedRequired Qualifications: Education: Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related Field Local to Detroit, MI and able to come to the office 4 days a week. Preferred Qualifications: - Work experience: 0-1 Years. Prior accounting or audit internship experience is a plus. - Considering a career in Finance or Accounting - Familiar with one or more of the following skillsets: - Business Math - Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint - Understanding of the Stock Market - Valuation - Financial Statements - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Ability to work individually and in a team environment. • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to size markets, define segments, and build account prioritization frameworks that drive top-line bookings and penetration • Own the definition, measurement, and continuous refinement of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP); translate insights into targeting, routing, and qualification criteria the GTM team actively uses • Own end-to-end funnel analytics from first touch through closed-won and expansion, identifying the highest-leverage points at each stage and driving the initiatives that move conversion • Partner with Marketing on demand planning, channel attribution, campaign performance, and ABM program analytics • Partner with Sales on pipeline inspection, forecasting support, rep productivity, territory and quota analytics, and coaching insights derived from Gong • Partner with Customer Success on health scoring, churn analysis, expansion opportunity identification, and renewal risk • Build dashboards, reports, and narratives that GTM leaders use to run their business; present findings and recommendations directly to VPs and the executive team • Design and run experiments across messaging, cadences, ICP refinements, routing rules, and plays; measure impact rigorously and scale what works • Translate analytical needs into tool, data, and system requirements in close partnership with the Revenue Operations Engineer
