Senior Analyst, GTM & Operations

• Support end-to-end execution of advertising partner investment and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with GTM timelines and deliverables • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships) to support program execution and readiness • Track project deliverables, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and successful outcomes • Manage inbound requests and escalations from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up • Collaborate with technical teams to support system enhancements, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of new features • Develop and maintain program documentation, reporting, and collateral to support internal alignment and external partner communications • Analyze operational data to identify trends, surface insights, and contribute recommendations to improve program performance and efficiency • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to automation and system enhancement efforts • Attend regular internal practice community meetings • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material) • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual) • Work with leadership on career development opportunities
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations within a technology environment
- Experience supporting cross-functional programs and coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technical teams
- Strong project coordination skills, including tracking deliverables, managing risks, and supporting issue resolution
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), including deal tracking, lead/opportunity management, and partner workflows
- Experience managing or supporting technical support cases and navigating system/process issues
- Experience supporting GTM launches or operational program rollouts
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends and inform recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience building reports or dashboards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Reviews data entered into databases and reports and monitors the quality of the laboratory data. Possesses a thorough understanding of laboratory procedures and can reliably conduct complex analysis review independently. A Day in the Life: - Evaluates laboratory data for compliance with analytical methods, client directives, and SOPs. - Reviews sample results for scientific soundness, completeness, accurate representation of the data, and final reported results. - Communicates with laboratory staff to proactively maintain the quality of laboratory documentation. - Delivers review findings noting deficiencies within the analytical data or reports in a clear and concise manner. - Escalate significant deficiencies to the project leader or supervisor for assessment. - Facilitates in conversations with lab staff on best documentation practices and addressing quality findings. - Advocates for quality and review process changes. - Identifies and supports process improvement initiatives. - Performs other duties as assigned.
