Part-Time Sales Agent

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
  • Valid state insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days – we guide you through it).
  • Sales or customer service background preferred, but not required – we hire for drive and coachability.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for personal growth.
  • Basic proficiency in digital tools (laptop/phone required; CRM experience a plus).
