Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
- Valid state insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days – we guide you through it).
- Sales or customer service background preferred, but not required – we hire for drive and coachability.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for personal growth.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools (laptop/phone required; CRM experience a plus).
