About the Role You are a highly motivated and analytical Business Strategy Analyst looking to join our team. You will have 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis,operations or related fields, along with an undergraduate/graduate degree from a top-tier university. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, conduct market analysis, and support data-driven decision-making. A Day in Your Life - Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends - Support the development and execution of strategic plans and business initiatives - Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases to evaluate new opportunities - Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams - Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership review - Monitor performance metrics and track progress of strategic initiatives What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field - 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, or a similar analytical role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools (SQL required; Python, SOQL a plus) - Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM platform - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Skills - Prior experience in consulting firms, startups, or corporate strategy teams - Familiarity with frameworks such as SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, and financial modeling - Experience with market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning - Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Sisense, Tableau) We offer several perks that include flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, stock options, paid parental leave, and WFH and phone stipend. The pay range for this position in Colorado, California and New York City is $90,000 to $120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
