About the Role You are a highly motivated and analytical Business Strategy Analyst looking to join our team. You will have 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis,operations or related fields, along with an undergraduate/graduate degree from a top-tier university. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, conduct market analysis, and support data-driven decision-making. A Day in Your Life - Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends - Support the development and execution of strategic plans and business initiatives - Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases to evaluate new opportunities - Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams - Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership review - Monitor performance metrics and track progress of strategic initiatives What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field - 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, or a similar analytical role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools (SQL required; Python, SOQL a plus) - Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM platform - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Skills - Prior experience in consulting firms, startups, or corporate strategy teams - Familiarity with frameworks such as SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, and financial modeling - Experience with market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning - Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Sisense, Tableau) We offer several perks that include flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, stock options, paid parental leave, and WFH and phone stipend. The pay range for this position in Colorado, California and New York City is $90,000 to $120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience. Augury is a people-first organization.
