IT Operations Manager
Kognitiv Inc.
• Responsible for the strategic oversight, security, and maintenance of the organization’s global information technology infrastructure. • Ensures 24/7 system availability. • Manages the lifecycle of physical and virtual assets. • Oversees third-party Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to support a distributed workforce. • Accountable for the performance of IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs). • Oversees procurement, international logistics, deployment, and secure decommissioning of hardware. • Implements and enforces security protocols including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Endpoint Protection, and Zero-Trust architecture. • Exercises direct supervisory authority over Technical Support Analysts, including hiring, performance management, training, and professional development. • Manages the administration and optimization of core SaaS applications and collaboration tools. • Monitors the health of physical and virtualized environments; leads incident response and risk mitigation activities. • Acts as Project Lead for internal technology initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Substantial experience in IT operations within a global, multi-time-zone environment
- Advanced proficiency in Windows and macOS administration
- Expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and cloud architecture (GCP)
- Fluent professional verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to maintain a secure, private home office environment
- Sustained use of computer systems and participation in virtual meetings across varying time zones
- Occasional international travel may be required for corporate audits or strategic planning.
