Junior Process Engineer, Virtual

TruPorch Homes

• Your main focus initially is to complete our Moodle-based training curriculum. • Manage our NocoDB operational dashboard (similar to Airtable or SmartSuite). • Help us identify bottlenecks in our work. • Work with our US-based team to document how they currently do tasks. • Help us track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare simple reports that show how our improvements are working.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, etc.), Computer Science, or Information Technology is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly.
  • Experience with databases or low-code platforms (like Airtable/NocoDB) is a plus.
  • You should be curious, detailed-oriented, and enjoy fixing things.
  • Clear written English skills are essential for creating documentation and communicating with the team.
  • As this is a remote role, you must be self-motivated and able to focus on your training modules from home.
