Qualifications - Ability to spot weak parts in a funnel and come up with tests to fix them. - Experience using any CRM or split testing tool successfully. - Capability to set up tests, including creating copy, changing layout, and configuring javascript tags. - Fluency in funnel analytics to diagnose user drop-off points. - Ability to ship 3-5 tests per week in different funnels without breaking things. - Experience with Manychat, WhatsApp, Phone Calls, email, etc., as parts of onboarding flows. - Ability to set up or coordinate with ad teams to optimize remarketing flows on external ad networks. - Skill in quickly determining which ads are profitable from raw data. Requirements - Experience in marketing, user onboarding, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
