Tâches et Responsabilités Principales - Analyser et effectuer les différentes opérations nécessaires à la gestion du plan (tout ce qui concerne les retraits simples). - Recevoir et traiter les demandes de nos clients reçues par courriel. - Respecter les normes de productivité en fonction de la courbe d'apprentissage. - Utiliser nos différents outils et valider la faisabilité de la transaction. - Aider et mener à bien des projets spéciaux à la demande d'un supérieur hiérarchique direct ou d'un chef d'équipe. - Autres tâches assignées. Qualifications - Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français. - Une connaissance intermédiaire de l'anglais permettant d'analyser quotidiennement de la documentation et des dossiers bilingues. - Souci du détail et précision. - Esprit d'équipe et proactivité exceptionnels. - Excellentes capacités de gestion du temps et de multitâche. - Rester positif et persévérant. - Bon sens de l'organisation. - Capacité à travailler en équipe. - Flexible, fiable et digne de confiance. - Capacité à gérer son temps pour mener plusieurs tâches de front et respecter les accords de niveau de service (SLA).
