Role Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Support team and work closely with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. In this role, you will support existing patients and manage cases related to appointments, prescriptions, and provider communication. You will coordinate multiple parties, ensure data accuracy, and drive each case to resolution. This is a hands-on, communication-heavy role for someone who is comfortable working in a high-volume environment, enjoys solving complex situations, and can maintain a high level of empathy and clarity when working with patients.
