• As the resident Fastly architect for your customer, you are an extension of the customer’s technical team, and represent and champion the customers needs within Fastly • Develop technical relationships with customers to build a deep understanding of their team, infrastructure, plans, and problems they are encountering • Post sales implementation of Fastly products, such as logging endpoints, image optimization and VCL coding while documenting key aspects of the customer’s configuration for troubleshooting and engagement • Investigate and recommend improvements to customers implementation and utilization of Fastly’s technology stack • Look for opportunities to introduce new Fastly products that compliment the customer’s needs • Partner internally to create customer strategies and assist in support requests or problems for assigned customers • Participate in regularly scheduled customer meetings on-site and by video/phone as necessary, including cadence calls and Quarterly Business Review meetings • Responsible for tracking and reporting on the health of your customer accounts, providing regular updates to Client Services leadership

• Participate in the evaluation and selection of an iPaaS platform that best supports Dynatron’s current and future integration needs • Lead the technical architecture and implementation of the selected iPaaS solution • Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices • Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure integration workflows connecting enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, HR, and customer platforms • Develop integration processes to synchronize data across systems • Implement robust data transformations and mappings to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems • Build automated workflows supporting employee onboarding and offboarding by integrating HR systems with downstream applications • Enable 360-degree customer visibility by connecting decentralized Sales, Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance systems • Design and manage REST and SOAP APIs across internal and third-party systems • Proactively monitor integration health and performance • Produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks for integrations • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and IT teams.

• Leverage your Chemistry, Engineering, and/or Materials background to lead and support technical sales calls with scientists, R&D leaders, and business stakeholders (including senior stakeholders) in partnership with Sales and senior SEs when appropriate • Articulate how Citrine’s platform addresses customer challenges by aligning technical capabilities with their R&D goals • Share structured customer feedback and recurring use cases to help inform product direction. • Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations that clearly communicate platform capabilities and relevance to customer use cases • Travel to prospective and current customers to build client relationships, support technical evaluation efforts, and teach customers how AI/ML-driven workflows can benefit their organizations. • Contribute to improving team best practices, templates, coding assets, and project documentation • Partner with Customer Success and Technical Services teams to ensure smooth project delivery and share suggestions for workflow improvements • Execute materials informatics projects with customers over short and long timelines by implementing Citrine’s technology, collaboratively troubleshooting technical hurdles while keeping an eye on what is most valuable to the customer • Represent Citrine and attend designated webinar events, trade shows, conferences, and technical symposiums to support our growing business

• Build tailored demos for prospective customers • Lead implementation from kickoff through launch • Represent the company inside customer Slack channels • Offer creative and technical guidance during brainstorming and iteration • Help customers expand and optimize their use of the platform • Drive prompt responsiveness and world-class customer experience • Use prompt engineering to generate pixel-accurate, production-ready pages • Refine AI outputs to ensure design consistency and quality • Extract and fine-tune design systems from customer websites • Collaborate with customers on landing page layouts and messaging structure • Review competitor sites and identify content and positioning opportunities • Build and refine pages using **React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS** • Inspect and debug layout and styling issues • Work within component-based architectures • Maintain and extend customer sites beyond initial launch • Ensure craftsmanship remains high while moving quickly • Triage complex technical questions and feature requests • Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for engineering • Drive resolution and proactively communicate updates • Provide clear ETAs and surface risks early • Use tools such as **Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude** to accelerate development • Contribute to AI-first workflows that improve speed and consistency • Operate within post-sales lifecycle tools such as Pylon to manage customer success
