• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital and cross-channel projects, coordinating timelines, tasks, and workflows across internal teams (Analytics, CRO, SEO, etc.) • Ensure project requirements, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are clearly defined and met • Maintain high quality standards and proactively escalate risks or issues • Facilitate collaboration between global HQ, regional, and local market stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication • Adapt project workflows and deliverables to local market realities • Support multi-market rollouts, translating global initiatives into effective local execution • Organise and lead internal and external meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and reporting • Provide structured documentation, handovers, and updates to all stakeholders • Contribute to performance tracking, reporting, and wrap-up presentations in collaboration with strategy and analytics teams • Maintain streamlined processes and operational clarity across multiple workstreams
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in client service or project/account management, ideally within a digital or integrated marketing agency
- Strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior clients
- Experience working in multi-market or matrixed environments
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM, E-commerce, Loyalty, SEO, or other digital marketing domains is a plus

• Maintain, execute and continue to build upon a strategic business development plan for the AI & agentic commerce business, aligning with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets. • Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends in AI, agentic commerce, and autonomous transaction ecosystems. Use insights to shape the company’s market positioning and product development efforts. • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations which extend the company’s reach into AI platform providers, large language model (LLM) developers, agentic commerce enablers, and other relevant players in the AI ecosystem to expand our market presence and reach. • Lead and mentor the sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth via the AI product portfolio. • Oversee negotiations, contract development, and deal structuring. Ensure favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements with AI and technology partners. • Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of AI-focused business development strategies.
