• Own and manage critical KPIs that are central to overall business performance • Serve as a key business partner to GTM leadership, providing financial insights and guidance • Collaborate with Data and BI teams to query, validate, and maintain revenue-related KPIs • Manage GTM budgets, including headcount planning and non-compensation expense forecasting • Develop business cases and financial models to support new investments and revenue growth initiatives • Support preparation of board materials, including contributing to business leader presentations and insights • Respond to and manage ad hoc financial analysis requests from leadership • Continuously improve KPI tracking, reporting processes, and financial visibility across the organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Experience working with BI tools and Salesforce
- Proven ability to effectively partner with business leaders and executive stakeholders
- Experience working with KPIs in a recurring revenue (MRR) business model
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and model complex data sets
- Experience in the tech industry preferred
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear, compelling insights
- Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and building processes from the ground up
