• Own commission calculations for all GTM teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery • Manage partner commission calculations and reporting • Develop, maintain, and distribute commission plans across the organization • Partner with Finance and GTM leadership to design compensation plans that drive desired business outcomes • Build and manage SPIFFs and other incentive programs aligned to strategic initiatives • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts • Respond to and manage ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from leadership • Continuously improve commission processes, documentation, and reporting accuracy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong experience with commissions or sales compensation analysis
- Experience working with BI tools and Salesforce
- High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and timely reporting
- Ability to manage deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and model data
- Experience in a recurring revenue (MRR) business model, preferably in the tech industry
- Ability to work through complex compensation structures and communicate them clearly
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable building processes and tools from the ground up
