• Implement and manage identity security controls within Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, and access governance • Support enforcement of least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged identity management (PIM) • Monitor identity-related risks, sign-in activity, and access anomalies, and respond to potential threats • Configure and maintain security controls across Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government, and AWS GovCloud • Implement and support Microsoft Defender capabilities across identity, endpoint, and cloud workloads • Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview capabilities including sensitivity labels, DLP policies, and data classification • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across identity, cloud, and data protection platforms • Support audit readiness activities and assist in responding to compliance inquiries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.
- Familiarity with regulated environments: CMMC Level 2 / NIST 800-171 required, DFARS requirements and government cloud environments preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while aligning with security architecture and leadership direction
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or systems engineering roles
- Experience with Security monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Experience with vulnerability remediation and secure configuration practices
- Experience with Cross-platform environments including AWS GovCloud (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance; Microsoft Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, Office 365); Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, information protection); Microsoft 365 GCC High and/or Azure Government environments

Role Description SAIC is hiring a Cloud Security Administrator who will play a critical role in ensuring the protection and security of enterprise cloud environments against emerging cybersecurity threats. This role specializes in vulnerability management and solutions design, as outlined in the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Framework. This position entails investigation and mitigation of vulnerabilities and intrusions, and translating complex results into actionable recommendations. The role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity challenges, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement robust solutions to meet the organization’s strategic IT and business needs. The Cloud Security Administrator also collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams to design, assess, and implement secure cloud, network, and enterprise architecture solutions. Role Description The Cloud Security & Compliance Architect is responsible for the security architecture, operational security controls, and compliance posture of the organization’s AWS-hosted SaaS platform. This role combines hands-on operational security with strategic responsibility for ensuring the platform meets industry compliance frameworks and security best practices. Role Description Crisis Responders serve as a member of the Crisis Response Team to provide crisis services to individuals in the community and linkage to Seneca services and programs. Responsibilities include: - Provide intensive crisis services for clients at risk of involuntary commitment to a state psychiatric hospital or to a diversion psychiatric hospital. - Provide or arrange for community-based outpatient and residential treatment in addition to supports prior to, during, and following the mental hygiene process to avoid unnecessary hospital admission. - Provide assessment and warm hand-off to other service providers. - Provide follow-up on compliance with recommended treatment to increase length of stay in treatment. - Link clients with needed community supports. - Assure quality service for clients by adhering to rules, regulations, and legal requirements. - Share and discuss common experiences; answer questions and provide referrals for necessary services/supports. - Help individuals discover, access, and utilize methods to maintain mental health or reduce harm associated with negative behaviors. - Coordinate community outreach. - Link and refer individuals to resources for treatment, family support, education, housing, and local or online support groups. - Establish and maintain peer-led groups or classes to support improved health outcomes. - Complete assessments and track progress to maintain client engagement in treatment. - Obtain authorization and document services provided, as required. - Provide possible client diagnosis in Avatar. - Provide coping techniques and supportive counseling. - Collaborate with hospital emergency room staff and Seneca crisis workers to engage high-risk clients and families. - Provide timely coordination with local providers, including hospital ERs, DHHR protective service workers, mental hygiene commissioners, magistrates, law enforcement, and crisis stabilization units. - Assist in increasing utilization of alternatives to commitment by assessing the feasibility of Voluntary Treatment Agreements. - Participate in team meetings and work closely with other members of the IDT. - Maintain frequent contact with high-risk clients by monitoring medication and treatment compliance. - Ensure linkage with community housing options and other community supports. - Provide support for community integration by arranging transportation, shopping opportunities, and access to health services. - Represent Seneca in a positive manner, maintaining a positive attitude and adhering to Core Values and Code of Conduct. - Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field required. - West Virginia Social Work License preferred. - One year experience in behavioral health required. - Valid driver’s license and vehicle required. - Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Employment Fitness Determination through WVCARES & a drug screen.
