Role Description The Cloud Security & Compliance Architect is responsible for the security architecture, operational security controls, and compliance posture of the organization’s AWS-hosted SaaS platform. This role combines hands-on operational security with strategic responsibility for ensuring the platform meets industry compliance frameworks and security best practices. This position plays a critical role in defining and implementing security standards across the hosted platform including: - Infrastructure security - Access control - Encryption practices - Backup strategies - Regulatory compliance The role will contribute directly to platform security architecture decisions and ensure the platform maintains compliance with SOC 2 and other industry standards. - Design and maintain the security architecture of the AWS-hosted platform - Establish and maintain operational security controls across cloud infrastructure and hosted services - Lead technical decision-making related to platform security standards and security architecture - Implement and monitor AWS security configurations including IAM policies, network security groups, and infrastructure access controls - Ensure encryption standards are maintained for data at rest and data in transit - Maintain and review backup protocols and disaster recovery procedures - Support compliance initiatives including SOC 2 and ISO 27000 series frameworks - Assist in preparation for external security audits and compliance assessments - Monitor system logs and security alerts to identify potential security incidents or vulnerabilities - Manage IP access policies and ensure secure network configurations across environments - Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to integrate security best practices into deployments and infrastructure design - Evaluate new security tools and technologies to improve the platform’s security posture - Support incident response procedures related to security events - Ensure platform operations align with applicable data protection regulations including considerations for GDPR where applicable - Assist in documentation of platform security policies, standards, and procedures - Other related duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - Experience securing AWS cloud environments and infrastructure - Strong understanding of cloud security principles including identity management, network security, and encryption - Experience supporting SOC 2 compliance frameworks for hosted SaaS platforms - Experience implementing operational security controls in production cloud environments - Knowledge of vulnerability management and security monitoring practices - Understanding of backup and disaster recovery security requirements - Ability to participate in architectural decisions regarding platform security design - Experience reviewing and improving cloud security posture across multiple services Requirements - Experience with ISO 27001 / ISO 27002 frameworks - Familiarity with GDPR data protection requirements - AWS Security certification or similar security credentials - Experience with cloud security monitoring tools - Familiarity with geospatial platforms or Esri environments - Experience securing large-scale SaaS environments Benefits - This is a remote work from home position

This role focuses on adapting global campaigns into regionally relevant content that resonates with fibre network providers and supports pipeline growth. You will work closely with global marketing, product marketing, and regional stakeholders to deliver content that aligns with campaign strategy and reflects the realities of EMEA telecom markets. Key Responsibilities - Localise global campaigns for EMEA telecom markets - Adapt messaging and assets to reflect regional nuances, regulatory considerations, and market priorities. - Develop multi-channel marketing content - Create blogs, social posts, emails, landing pages, and supporting content aligned to campaign objectives. - Execute campaign-aligned content across channels - Develop, adapt, and promote content based on campaign objectives, target audiences, and regional priorities, ensuring consistency across touchpoints. - Translate campaign strategy into content plans - Work from campaign briefs to determine appropriate content formats, messaging, and distribution across channels. - Support tradeshow and event marketing - Develop region-specific messaging, pre- and post-event content, and supporting materials aligned with campaign narratives. - Translate technical concepts into accessible content - Work with subject matter experts to communicate topics such as fibre network management, GIS, and network operations clearly and effectively. - Collaborate across teams - Partner with product marketing, sales, and regional stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with market needs. - Maintain brand consistency - Ensure all content reflects 3-GIS messaging, tone, and positioning while allowing for appropriate regional nuance. - Monitor and optimise performance - Track engagement and campaign performance, applying insights to improve future content and execution. Qualifications - 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within telecom or SaaS - Experience supporting regional or international marketing initiatives (EMEA preferred) - Strong ability to translate complex, technical topics into clear, engaging content - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. - Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and basic video editing is preferred. - Exposure to utility markets (electric and gas) may be introduced over time as the business expands. The CXO Senior Consultant is responsible for: - Providing senior-level, high-quality advisory services to a broad portfolio of clients within the utility and telecom industries. - Serving as a liaison with clients and working closely with 3-GIS personnel at all levels. - Supporting various key projects from initiation through delivery. - Creating business relationships with high-level contacts often through face-to-face client site visits. - Acting as an independent consultant to ensure the customer experience is rooted in purpose, technology, and data. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, GIS, Electrical Engineering, Business/Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent utility/telco and consulting experience). - 12+ years of relevant work experience with 8-10 of those years in consulting, system implementation, system integration, product and/or utility/telco IT, OT, and or GIS experience. - Established track record of customer satisfaction with Director and above level references. - Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and customer relationship management skills. - Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office Suite, MS Visio, and MS Project.
