Role Description As a Recruiting Sourcer (LATAM) at Martell Media, you’ll play a critical role in helping us attract and engage top talent across marketing, sales, operations, and leadership roles. You’ll be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, initial outreach, and pre-screening. This role is ideal for someone who loves research, thoughtful messaging, and being the foundation of great hires.
